Sleep & Mental Wellness

The way therapists traditionally approach mental health and sleep wellness often feels disconnected—people typically see separate providers for each. But when we bring these two areas together, combining sleep wellness with mental health care, the results can be truly impactful.

Discover how often sleep and mental health occur together.

  • Did you know that 70% of individuals with anxiety also struggle with sleep?

  • Quality sleep can decrease depression symptoms by 40%, leading to improved overall well-being.

It is more common than you think and oftentimes one does not get adequately treated or even acknowledged.  Can you relate to this issue?

If you knew chronic health conditions (diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, depression) have a high prevalence with sleep disorders, would you be motivated to work on sleep wellness?

Good Faith Estimate

Effective 1/1/2022, all self-pay and patients not billing insurance have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost over time.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services over time.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of services.

  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
